ABOUT MYSELF

While working for SwissWorldCargo and having been nominated Cool-Manager I had the pleasure to teamwork with many colleagues from various departments –such as marketing , processing, procedures and pilots contributing to make the new product successful.

My mentor was the Vice President Cargo for Europe based in Zurich who supported the idea of special cargo product for temperature sensitive goods –especially medical and pharmaceutical shipments. After many years of experience with chemical companies such as ROCHE, NOVARTIS and CHUGAI, we learnt the needs and expectations from our clients –thus the branding of SwissWorldCargo’s product named SWISS°CELSIUS was born. By the way the name was the result of an internal questionnaire and was chosen by my colleague who upon my retirement was my successor.

Today SwissWorldCargo is one of the leading company in transporting temperature sensitive goods with the most reliable equipment.

CONSULTING - EXPERIENCE

That’s why I would like to share my experience with my colleagues from the airfreight forwarding and be of help in transporting temperature sensitive goods from origin to the destination. Also many new regulations such as compliance with GDP and CEIV have become a standard to safeguard the entire supply chain.
